Preferably three cushions that fit perfectly. Sew velco strips onto bottom of cushions. Or place hooks in wall below the site line of the cushions and tie cushions on hooks.
There are a couple of options to keep it from moving. You could use velcro and attach it to the window and to the cushion. You could use double sided tape. Another option would be an anti skid pad like you use under rugs.
