First off get a replacement motor. THen remove the door panel and disconnect the wire connector from the old motor. Then remove the old motor and replace it with the new motor, making sure that you connect everything that you disconnected from the old motor. Replace the door panel.

You are going to needto take the panel off of the door to be able to get to the window motor. You can slide the window out if it is not up and the motor will be right there.

With window up, take of the side panel. Take a small 8 inch cut of a 2 x 4 and place it between the scissor looking portion of the mechanism.Unscrew the two bolts and plug. The window will try to collapse on your hand, make sure 2x4 is in place
