The Tampa Bay Rays (They dropped "devil" from their name awhile back) play at Tropicana Field. It is actually located in St. Petersburg, FL a suburb of Tampa Bay (part of the Tampa Bay Area). It is a domed stadium due to the unusual weather patterns in Florida that would result in many rain-delayed or rained-out games.

The Tampa Bay Devil Rays actually dropped the "devil" from their name, and are now known only as the Tampa Bay Rays. Their stadium is indeed in Tampa Bay, Florida, and is called Tropicana field, and is obviously sponsored by the company Tropicana. It's one of the smallest stadiums in baseball.
