I love the taste of Old Bay, however have a hard time finding it in my local grocery stores. I would like to make it myself.

Hello - i found a list of ingredients on the website of old bay : celery salt (salt, celery seed), spices (including mustard, red pepper, black pepper, bay [laurel] leaves, cloves, allspice [pimento], ginger, mace, cardamom, cinnamon) and paprika. You'll need 12 different spices. Bon Appetit

Old Bay seasoning is a combination of spices that has a list rather too long to really do justice here. The main base is bay leaf, celery salt, paprika, dry mustard and pepper, along with lots of other, smaller spices. You can probably find a more comprehensive recipes online.

Pld Bay Seasoning is sold in the herb section of the grocery store. If you want to make your own, google old bay recipe and see what you get.

I'm a big fan of Old Bay too. It has celery salt, which contains salt and celery seed. Then there are the spices. Red pepper, black pepper, and paprika. Other "seasonings" aren't listed, but those are the main components.
