If you are in the market for a job most people don't like to put all their eggs in one basket. So, this issue presents from time to time. If I were in this situation I would give my new job two weeks notice and accept the better offer.

It is always about your success. If you get a better job of course you should take it if that make your life more fulfilling. As long as you gave your best to your old job then you have nothing to be guilty about.

If you are secured in the position offering you better money and more benefits, kindly tell your employer you have found a job that better suits your needs.

A few things to consider are: Is the new job significantly better to the current one? Would you feel comfortable burning the bridges with the current company? If you feel that the new job is a significant improvement and will not hurt you in the future, then accepting the new job is okay.

Morally speaking, once you take a job you make an unwritten obligation to follow through and work. Nobody will probably ever know, but if they do,they'll think you're flighty.
