It is a metaphor. Things such as leaving small notes where your love can find them, cooking their favorite dinner, or even recording some videos you know they would like.

Some are different languages, others are little things you can do. Don't forget to kiss them good bye every day, even if your just going to the store, drawing a bath when you know they are too sore to do it themselves, or just pitching in to get things done with out having to be asked.

In Filipino language they say it as "mahal kita" Hindi language they say "mai tumhse pyar karti hu" for boys and "mai tumhse pyar karta hu" for girls.

You can say " I love you" in a multitude of ways other than verbally. Write an endearing note and put it in the briefcase or purse that is going to work with your loved one. Have a picnic, in the middle of winter, on your living room floor.
