I love this show, but for the life of me can not remember the name of the factory.

In season 2, epiosde 39"Job Switching", Lucy and Ethel went to work at Kramer's Kandy Kitchen. Many consider this the best episode of the series.

The name of the factory is never mentioned in the episode. An employment agency sends Lucy and Ethel to the address without giving the name.
