How do you remove an earring that is stuck in your ear?

Very carefully. Odds are, if it's been left in for too long, the skin's started to grow over it. Try carefully twisting it a little at a time to loosen it, and make sure you have hydrogen peroxide handy to disinfect it after before removing it.

You should never try to do this yourself. You will need to go to the doctor to get this out. You can cause a lot of damage to your ear and push it farther in so it will be stuck. This could cause an infection or hearing damage, also it could bust your ear drum.

If the ear ring is stuck because of swelling, try applying a cold compress for a few minutes. This should decrease swelling enough to get it out. Otherwise, you may have to let a doctor remove it.

Press your index finger to the back of the ear, where the earring backing would be. Then with thumb and middle finger squeeze the lobe so that the front of the piercing sticks out. Using a disinfected pair of needle nose tweezers, grasp the earring and gently pull it out.

first find some rubbing alcohol to sterilize the area then try to gently move the earring towards the back of the ear
