It is not safe to put hydrogen peroxide in an ear. A safer method ear candling. This is a procedure where a hollow cone made of beeswax is placed in the ear. The candle is lit on the opposite side and forms a type of suction that removes ear wax.

It's safe for use in your ears. Lie down on your side, put in a few drops, and wait - then flush your ear with water (syringe or irrigation bulb).
