To get rid of any kind of body fat, start with a healthy diet. Make sure you eat foods that are high in protein and fiber, and avoid foods that are loaded with carbs, fat, or sugar. Do plenty of cardiovascular exercises like running, biking, or swimming.

The best ones are Opposite arm and leg lifts, Rear Delt Fly, and Back Extension. I'm sure there are more out there. Enjoy!
