What are the best exercises to help get rid of belly fat?

I would like to be able to wear a bathing suit by summer and need to shape up my belly fat.

In order to get rid of fat, the best exercises to do are cardiovascular exercises like running, biking, or swimming, as well as controlling your diet. You cannot do exercise to get rid of fat on one part of your body. Once you start losing the weight, abdominal exercises like sit-ups and planks will tone your stomach.

You can't spot reduce - your body uses fat from all over the body more or less equally. To reduce belly fat, the best exercises are running (lots of sprinting) and big compound weight movements like squats, shoulder presses, deadlifts, and pull-ups. You also need to eat fewer calories.

You can't spot reduce fat. In addition to doing "ab" exercises, I would recommend cardio at least 3 times a week in addition to some type of strength training.

The best way is through doing situps. Any other ab exercises would also be helpful (ab crunches, etc. ). Also, do lots of cardio and eat better foods you should see results.
