What are some exercises that target belly fat?

I want to get rid of my belly fat.

First off, there are no exercises that will target your belly fat specifically. "Spot reduction" is a myth - to reduce fat, change your diet. That said, the best exercises for reducing fat are HIIT - high intensity interval training: Go all out (for example, sprint) for a few seconds, rest for a few seconds. Repeat for 20 minutes.

There are no exercise that target belly fat. You have to incorporate an overall exercise regime to help shed the fat. Studies have shown that spot reduction is not a very good way to go. Try and find something that work your glutes and upper body. Increase proteins, fish and fruits and decrease carbs and fat.

Sit ups are very good for reducing belly fat. If you use exercise machines, work extra hard on the abdominal muscle machines. Anything to stretch the muscles in your stomach will help.

Regular exercise helps. Twisting of the stomach in right and left direction will give good results. Do not forget to include healthy diet.

Sit ups is probably the exercise which will be most affective in this area. As well, try and do as much cardio as possible, as generally, the fat will come off of this area the quickest as well. In addition, crunches is also an exercise which would benefit you for your goal.

Do lots of cardio... the body itself will choose where it wants to lose the excess fat. You can't lose weight where you choose!
