What foods will aid in helping me get rid of stomach fat?

I was told there are some foods out there that will help me to reduce my stomach fat.

Recent studies show that avocados, grapefruit, almonds, bell peppers, garlic and green tea should be included in your diet. All of those foods are known to burn fat, increase metabolism and decrease unhealthy cholesterol. Also drink plenty of water, eliminate high fructose corn syrups and fried foods to reduce your total daily calorie intake.

To get on an effective dieting plan, try to stabalize your intake of calories. The average person takes in around 2000 per day. Make sure you are getting healthy calories, instead of sodas. Try high protein foods, raw foods, and foods low in sugar.

There are no foods that will aid in getting rid of stomach fat. Only healthy eating and exercise can do this and will not affect only the stomach.

A balanced diet and healthy exercise plan will render the best results. There are lots of books and websites that offer an array of exercises that target the abs.
