How do you get rid of upper body fat?

After walking and jogging, I see a difference in my legs, but I need help getting rid of fat on my upper body.

You see differences because of muscle tone, not fat loss. You can't spot reduce - your body (more or less) burns fat from all areas of the body equally. The best way to lose fat is with a controlled, strict reduced carbohydrate diet like the Zone or Atkins.

Do some push-ups, work on your biceps lifting weights but first go to a doctor and a trainer. They have routines that you can follow without causing harm to yourself.

Pushups are one of the best exercises for upper body. They do not only work your arms, but your whole chest area and back as well. It will not "get rid of" fat, but it will help you shape up. Weight loss is the only way to reduce fat though.

I have found that going to toning tables works wonders on upper body fat. It is resistance exercising and targets problems areas. Also using barbell weights works great as well
