Will PS2 Rockband work with 360?

Games cannot be switched back and forth between rival systems. No game that is made for X-Box will work in any Playstation and vice versa. If you bought Rockband for 360, you will need one for PS2 to play it on that system.

Neither the game nor the instruments are compatible with other systems. Each system requires it's own instruments, but instruments for the same system should work with multiple games.

No, these are two completely different consoles. The games will not work on the other systems, only the systems that they were programed for. This is the same reason your PS2 games will not work on your PC. Additionally, the connectors for the controllers are different.

Well a xbox 360 won't play ps2 games so that game shouldn't be any different. You might be able to do it on a modded console but it's unlikely.

PlayStation 2 Rock Band will not work with the Xbox 360. The discs themselves are incompatible and you will not be able to play the PS2 disc in the Xbox 360. The instruments also will not work with the Xbox 360 system.

It is impossible to cross reference console systems such as a PS2 and an Xbox 360 for any games on either console.
