What could be wrong if my wipers will only work while on high?

the speed control on the wiper speed switch is probably bad. the fact that the wipers work can mean that the motor itself is still good. check the speed switch.

I have seen this same problem on new model Toyota cars. It is a problem with the wiper motor itself having a problem. It is sometimes diagnosed as a bad wiper switch but the motor is most often the culprit. Take it to a shop and have them check everything out for you.

It's really hard when one is used to using steroids. It's just plain saying but more or less is just the same. Your wiper switch is the problem. There are no good contacts on the low and medium points. Those points should be cleaned of carbon. This is a result of a short circuit or too much electrical heat.
