Will I benefit from using fresh ground flax seed while weightlifting?

I want to increase the advantages of weightlifting.

Flax seed provides a sufficient source of Omega 3 Fatty acids, this fat accompanied with other healthy fats such as CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid, will promote maximum hormone production while keeping the weight off that comes with bad saturated fats. Flax seed will also promote a healthy heart as well as promoting breakdown of fatty deposits on arterial walls.

Flax seed is a prime source of Omega 3, and 6 fatty acids. The presence of the fats in the diet provide a testosterone boost without the side artery clogging effects of saturated fats. Flax seed has also been shown to break down fatty adipose tissue and promote a leaner physique.

Flaxseed is benifical to all over body health. To get the most out of weightlifting increse your protien, drink protien after your workout to build muscle and aid recovery.

No, it will not. Only thing I can suggest that will increase your advantage is illegal drugs, if you really want to get an advantage (i. e. steroids).
