What Sorts of Vitamins or Supplements do you Take?

Do you notice any benefits from them, or are you just taking them because you know of some benefit?

I'm taking MX Men's Multi-vitamins for about 5 months now. All the vitamins and minerals that my body needs are all here in this dietary supplement. From stress relief and immune support to anti-aging and disease prevention.

Fish oil is a great supplement for most westerners because we typically do not get enough omega-3 oils in our regular diets. Those that eat plenty of the right types of fish don't have to worry.

I take a multivitamin, as well as Omega 3 and 6. On training days and the day after (recovery days) I take amino acids and glutamine. I also cycle on and off creatine. In addition to protein shakes, the glutamin and amino's have been the greatest in muscle building.

My thrice daily gulps include the Vitamins A, C, D, and E along with several B Vitamins, as well as Calcium, Potassium, Omega 3, Magnesium, Lutein, and a combination of Glucosamin and Chondroitin. I have read enough to believe that these are all beneficial.

i dont take anything right now, but i am seriously considering taking fish oils. i am reading more and more scientific studies that seem to indicate a positive benefit from this practice.

I do not take any vitamins on a regular basis. I do take vitamin C if I sense I am coming down with a cold. Hopefully eating plenty of fruit and vegetable on a regular basis covers all of my vitamin needs. I also make sure I get outdoors.

I had a gastric bypass over a year ago so I am required to take certain vitamins. I take a multivitamin, calcium, and iron pills daily. Also I get B12 via injection every month. I notice that if I don't take my vitamins for a long period of time I feel run down and fatigued.

I take a multivitamin every day in order to get enough vitamins in my body. It is important to take multivitamins as our diets in Western society leave out important elements at times. I sometimes take fish oil as well.
