Many companies that specialized in this type of glass work in the residential and commercial architectural field. My research indicates that many projects come in bid form so a person could contact several corporations and ask for bids in order to get a lower price. Just a suggestion for you.

If you are having your window custom made with curved glass the specialist will definitely cost more than a company that works with regular glass. The difference in costs will be dependent on the area you live in and the type of project you have in mind for your home.

well i would call a few companies in the area and get some price comparisons on a particular project. If you contact the manu they will usually send some pricing guides which should help you out as far as figuring out costs. Some reports say it is cost-effective that way.  add a comment

It will depend on the business you select. IT is possible for a Regular glass Expert to be cheaper then a curved glass specialist,This of course depending on your geographic region price's and Estimation's will change from Job to job. Most glass job's are bid's so you might save money Either pends on the Selected company's Rate's, Price's won't be much higher.

Yes, any type of specialization in glass will cost more. A flat piece of glass can be cut rather easily by anyone who can get ahold of a table saw. Though cutting curved glass or glass with bevelled edges costs a great deal more because it takes much more skill and different more specialized tools.

Yes they do cost more on average. But you can ask for a discount and inquire around prices in town to compare.

Yes. It is much more difficult to replace curved glass than flat glass. Curved glass requires much more time and effort and in the end will cost more.
