Why should I hire you?

When asked this question in an interview, this is a great chance to explain what makes you valuable for the particular job. Describe the skills you have that match very well with the job description and bring up anything unique that sets you aside from other candidates.

I usually say that it is because I would be a very good fit for the job and I'm a great co-worker. I know how to take directions well, but I also know how to step up and lead.
