The unique challenge is when an employee moves from his country to another and difficulties of international staffing are skills shortages,communication problems,cultural differences and challenges,employees lack the required qualifications or skills and difficulty of finding suitable candidates.

Hiring staff from different countries has its disadvantages. Ones cultures, languages and the traditions they believe are aspects that you have to consider. Some cannot adjust easily on the area they are assigned into, one cannot understand fully what his employer or co employee wants due to language differences. But people eventually will learn and adjust.
