Why is the steering stiff when turning left, but okay when turning right? 2003 grand cherokee jeep 2.7crd,steering goes very stiff on turning left,ok to the right?

It's a 2003 Grand Cherokee Jeep 2.7 CRD. I've changed pas fluid, pump and cooling fan, and completed mechs.

It could be trash in the rack and pinion system or in the lines. Try having the system flushed by someone who uses BG products.
