Who would a a fight between Optimus Prime and Ironhide?

Using information from the movies, Optimus Prime would beat Ironhide. One small difference is that Optimus is a few feet taller than Ironhide, giving him a height advantage. Also, even though Ironhide is the weapons specialist and a very tough fighter, Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots and is a more experienced fighter and tactician.

Optimus, without a doubt! Although it would never happen as Ironhide is one of his most trusted comrades... but Optimus is a Prime, he's in a whole different league to Ironhide

I believe that Optimus Prime would win the fight hands down. Although Ironhide is powerful and strong, Optimus is amazing and always comes to the table serving the finest foods. Where as Ironhide, to me, doesn't have what it takes to take down someone like Prime. I like Ironhide, don't get me wrong, but between the two, Prime would win.

Ironhide would be more likely to terminate Primes living force. Prime probably wouldn't allow this yet would not kill Ironhide. Optimus would disable Iornhide using tactics over fire power.
