What kind of cd player would have come in a Ford Ranger?

Most cd players in Ford's are made at the factory and will say Ford on them. Optimus is an aftermarket company and the chances of it being factory are slim to none. Now if the person you bought the Ranger off of may have bought it like that and is not quite sure.

I have good kind of CD player that has come in my Ford. The condition is very optimistic in terms of sound quality. It has dual media audio system.
