You need to file a motion with the court asking the court to set aside the judgment. You carry the burden to establish why you did not answer the complaint on time or set forth adequate reasons why you failed to defend yourself. This needs to be done quickly!

Prior to the judgment, the party filing the action was required to notify you. You then appear to dispute the complaint. After the judgment is entered, you need an attorney.

You need to hire an attorney and file an appeal against the judgment. You would need to be able to show cause that the judgment should be appealed and your attorney will file your appeal.

To do this you must follow the proccess the court lays out. You will be given a court date and time. Show up with all the relevant information that you feel disproves the accusation against you. The judge will hear both sides and review all documentation. The judge will then enter a decision.
