If you are shipping the dog overseas you have to contact the end country to find out what their regulations are and after that you should call whicher carrier you are going to be using. I assumed you mean airlines. If so, call the airline and get their infomation about it.

Contact the air lines or contact a shipping company it depends on wo you are shipping with. Or a cruise line. How are you traveling with the dog? Or ask your vet he might know

While you may be able to find small businesses that will crate and drive a dog long distance, you more then likely are going to have to send it via air. Talk with your closest airport about requirements, expenses, and general tips. Have a decent sized crate, and a water dish/bottle that attaches, plus all shots and paperwork.
