A dog preserver can be found at a number of places. I would check first your local pet store. If that does not work try Petsmart I think they have them there for $20. 00.
You should be able to find your dog a life preserver at either a pet store, for example petsmart or petco. And if you are unable to find them there so department stores might carry them. I would check academy.
You can find them at most pet stores either online or in store. They are easier to find in the summer but if you're looking for once off season you can go to online auction websites where they have them all the time.
This is available at many larger pet shops, especially the major pet store / pet supply chains. Another option is to go to a boating supply store and buy one from there.
