In February 2010, ECW folded and is now defunct. When the company ceased, it's top stars were the Miz, Christian, Ezekiel Jackson, and CM Punk.

ECW is no longer in business and has not been for quite a while actually. But TNA (Total Nonstop Action) wrestling is doing a current ECW like angle, and it includes former ECW wrestlers like Tommy Dreamer, RVD, Rhino, Al Snow, Simon Diamond, Stevie Richards, Mick Foley, and Team 3D.

Extreme Championship Wrestling was discontinued by WWE officially in February 2010. However, the most successful wrestlers since the decline include CM Punk, Rob Van Dam, and the Dudley Boyz.
