my day is successful when i get everything i what to get done, done like housecleaning and the clothes done wash and dryed and dinner cook and everyone feed and happy

What makes you successful today is how well you're able to balance your work life and your personal life. Money is always helpful, but your family is what you will always have with you. People would rather make a little bit less if it meant that they got to see their families more.
