The cars computer is located in the dashboard in front of the co driver. The most easy way to change something in the computer is to open the hood, and to remove the positive terminal cable from the battery. If it's disconnected for a vew minutes the car's memory will be reset.
The computer, or control system, is often placed near the steering column, usually on the left. There is a small access panel leading to the fuse box and control boards.
Well depending on what year or model it could be in several places. I would try either looking behind the glove box or behind the passenger side kick-panel.
This should be wither in the engine compartment, or behind the glove box, it all depends on the year and model of the vehicle. It is best to look up a user manual on line to reference.
