The a/c fan is located near the interior cooler of the ac section. It is pretty easy to be removed, all you will need to do is detached the air conditioning coil and then you will need to detach the fan and then add your new fan into the ac area.

Typically blower fans are located under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall. There will be a bix black box that you will have to remove, and behind that will be the fan. It could be a number of things though, a bad switch, control unit, fuse etc; but that's where the fan is located.
