All you have to do is pop your hood, on one side of the car you should see the battery. Disconnect the cables by unscrewing the clamps that hold the wires to the battery. Make sure you car is off. Then reconnect.
Do this at your own risk! If you disconnect the battery cables for just a few minutes, it should send everything back to default. You will have to reset your clock.
The only way i know is to disconnet the battery cables, let set for a few minutes and then hook them up again. I learned this when my car kept stalling and a mechanic told me this to save a few bucks.
