Sometimes the computer for the car can be reset by just unplugging the battery and hooking it back up. If this doesn't work, look on the internet for the codes for your vehicle. These can sometime fix these problems.

Disconnect the positive battery terminal and then wait for fifteen minutes for the car to discharge. After waiting the fifteen minutes reconnect the positive battery terminal.

This will depend upon the make and model of your car, however, your car owner's manual should explain the process. If you no longer possess the manual you can look online for your car's owner's manual. It should be fairly easy to complete the process.

It depends on the car. Typically, if you have an electronic trip meter, select your total mileage and hold down the rod you change modes with for about ten seconds.

the only way to reset most computers is to disconnect the battery. Just take 1 of either connectors off and let it set for around five minutes. When you put the battery cable back on the computer will reset it self, kind the same as a reboot. should cure check engine light and low oil light
