Where can I get a cheap T-Mobile phone?

When I was with Tmobile I had broken my phone for the third time in a year under the insurance and they wouldn't reimburse me. I called the customer service line and threatened to leave my plan and not pay on it. They sent me a new phone.

You can get it from anywhere but the best place to get it from is Walmart. You won't need any insurance or any other sort of paperwork to get it from. Just make sure that you are able to sign up for some sort of plan. If you already have a plan and you need an unlocked phone go there.
