It is very possible. First, do not attempt to turn any electronic item on after it has been soaked. To do so may ruin the component. Take it apart and let it dry (setting next to a heater will speed the process and give better results. ) After fully dried put back together and power on.

There is a way to fix a water logged phone but it is not always fool proof. Once you emerse the phone in water you should remove it as soons as possible and take apart the major components. After you have dobne this you can either dry it with a blow dryer or let it dry outside in the sun.

When your phone gets wet, take off the back and remove the battery. Let it dry. If it still doesn't work, you will not be able to fix it.

You can try taking it apart and letting it dry out for a few days but the chances of it working again are slim.
