How do I retrieve erased phone numbers from my phone?

Usually once they are erased, they are gone. However, some providers will keep a record of all information that you can access on the cell phone provider's website. If you can't get them off the website, then I am afraid they are gone for good. Next time be careful.

That is depends on ur deleted function. If they are on your sim and you deleted them from your phone just restore them from sim card. If you deleted them off both then number. If your with 02 and your have joined 02 bluebookthen your contacts may be stored on your bluebook profile and you can restore it.

Unlike hard drives that leave a ghost image, solid state devices do not leave a trail, so once you erase something it's gone. However, your cell phone carrier may be able to help. Ask for a list of all incoming and outgoing calls. Youre numbers may be in there.
