Normaly Home Depot, Walmart or Lowes will have a decent sized flag made for flying on a pole. If you are looking for one that is bigger than that , then you can try Ebay.

There are specialized web sites on which you can find giant American flags of very diferent sizes. The are perfect to express the pride of being american.They are usually made of Nylon in order to remain in good shape whatever the weather.
