All Native Americans must pay federal income taxes. Most must also pay state income taxes. Only Native Americans who both live and work on a reservation do not have to pay state income taxes.

I think that Native American's do pay taxes. I think that they are given a lot of tax breaks and incentives, but they are still Americans and are subject to the law of the land. An example of incentives are the break they get on INdian reservations, they are allowed to have casinos, etc.

Every Native American who earns an income must pay federal income taxes right along with the rest of the united states.
