Where can I find a workout routine for college football, particularly with lifting schedules?

I've just started football as a freshman, and I'm smaller than the other men on the team. I need to bulk up safely and quickly.

Your best bet for this information is talking to your coach or trainers. If you want to avoid this check out some local gyms or the campus gym and get matched with a trainer. It may be a little on the expensive side but the professional help will be well worth it.

You could read the "Coach's Guide to College Football" its a great compendium of different coaching techniques with workout schedules.
