What's the best exercise to get rid of fat saddlebags?

If you have access to a gym, a hip abductor/adductor is the best exercise. Or if you are laying on your side with your body perfectly horizontal, lift your leg into the air while tightening the muscle and then lower back down and repeat. Then repeat on the other side.

Saddlebags are very hard to get rid of. There is no one exercise that burns them preferentially. Any calorie-burning activity will reduce them a little, but liposuction may work best.

Running is the best exercise because it burns fat everywhere but if you are more focused on the stomach area try doing sit ups in sets of 10.
