The movie takes place at house on a lake or pond thus the name On Golden Pond.This movie is about family.It deals with the interactions between grandparents and their grandson.Mostly it is the grandson getting to know his grandfather.The grandfather who was played by Henry Fonda is also suffering from poor health.To me it was a touching movie andworth watching.
