I think strappy, open-toed heels always look good with a bubble dress. You need something with a heel to elongate the body.

You will be out-in-style in a unique fashion statement, if you choose a high-styled, high-rise platform shoe with a high squared off stacked heel. A high heeled sandal with a lot of straps work. Medium or high-heeled pointy-toed pumps also work well. A strap heel on the pump makes an even more elegant look. Avoid flats as they make the dress look dumpy. Think elegant, ethereal, light and airy for the total look. Float into the room on a pair barely there shoes.

With a bubble dress, shoes of fancy, attractive and high quality with a little bit of high heel would match best and would add to the looks and your personality. The color of the shoes could be preferably either silver or gold color. But even red would do match the combination.
