Gold is always the best color to wear with navy, especially in the evening. However some other options would be silver. And even though summer is coming to an end so they may be hard to find, but hot pink heels always look great with navy as well. But gold is the best choice by far.

If you do not have navy shoes that are the exact match of your dress then you would need to wear black shoes. Given that it is a knee length, I would suggest pumps to mid high heels.

Only wear navy blue pumps or navy blue sling back shoes. Do not make the mistake of wearing Black. The sling back shoes can ne open toed.

I think you should opt for Red shoes it's the hottest color against Navy and make sure they are pumps even hotter!
