You can wear a dress that is a khaki color for a preppy look, or a dress that has some navy designs in it, such as a black dress with navy buttons. You can even wear a red dress for a very flashy 50's look, or wear a navy blue and white dress or a matching outfit.

Since it may be difficult to match the exact blue in the dress, a one tone colour would be best. Black is always an option, as it really does go with everything. Beige and off whites would work. Dark colours like burgundy, deep brown or gray. A print would work if very small.

If the shoes are the star of the show then go with vintage white or silver dress. If you are going bold then pair them with an orange flowered dress.

Depending on the hue of the blue (ie if navy) you could do some really cute looks with red, pink, and yellow dresses.Light Blue - try pastel pinks and yellows.
