Black, gray, Beige and brown colour shoes are suitable for kelly green dress for people of white colour. But black colour shoe is most suited for white skin and brown or grey colour is most suited for black people.
If you're going for a bright look and want to stand out I'd recommend orange but if you're going for a more stylish or reserved look then you should wear black, it goes with anything.
Black shoes are always classic and go with everything; but if you are brave, then a bright yellow or bold purple pump could make the dress pop, as could silver.
