You should definitely seek help. Start by waiting til he has not been drinking and is in a happy mood, sit him down and tell him that it is okay and that you and him both can get through this together
There is not much you can do. Nagging will not help the situation. The only thing you can do is sit him down and have a heart to heart and hope that he will tell the truth and try to work on it from there.

I have tried it all the heart to heart, volunteering to go to meetings, and more he is in denial and thinks he can fix it and it is getting worst. It is so depressing and I can't let it keep affecting my health with stress. So what now? add a comment
