If it is bleeding, see a Vet. If there is no wound or sign of infection, calm your dog and cut the piece of skin off with scissors.

You should clean the area gently with soap and water. Then put an anitbiotic iontment on it and cover it with a bandage.

The first aid thing is to hide the wound with a sterile cloth with plenty of BETADINE. You can ask you vet to cover it up with stiches.

Immediately consult a vet. Use antiseptic lotion for immediate relife. Make the dog to rest minimising its movement. Use a clean linen to bandaid it. Wash the wound with dettol.
