What kind of thread should I use for sewing a sunbrella?

I would use a heavy duty nylon thread. This will withstand the climates. Or you can use a heavy twine, but that might be harder to sew. Ask the sewing center if they have any other suggestions.

Use a thread that is suitable for your fabric. If you're not sure what that is, ask at a store or look it up.

You want to get something that can withstand the weather. This of this as a piece of outdoor canvas and what a awning person would use to their the awning. A heavy duty thread that is sun resistant, water resistant would probably have some nylon in the thread. You could probably do this on a heavy diry sewing machine.
