For a cheap fix you can go to your local automotive parts store and purchase a spark plugs re-thread kit. It should come with a drill bit to bore out the hole. After this you can then install the threaded insert. Then lubricate and install the plug.

The best solution is to have a machine shop repair it. The can do a much better repair but it will cost more. Another option is to install a re-thread kit(heli-coil). They can be found at most parts stores. Start by opening the hole up for the inset and then tap it out. The just screw in the insert.

You might be able to use a tap to repair the threads. Use a little grease on it to keep the shaving from falling into the cylinder. If this doesn't work then you may have to drill it out or install helicoils into the heads. If that doesn't work then you need use a bigger size plug.

First get a threading repair kit. It should contain a steel insert. You will need to drill and retap the hole to a specified size. Insert repair thread.

You need to either purchase a spark plugs hole re-thread kit or have the head fixed by a machine shop. Installing a re-thread kit will be easier and cheaper but make not be a permanent fix. IT is something you can do yourself though.

If your spark plug threads are stripped there is not much you can do other than to just buy new spark plugs. Luckily spark plugs are not very expensive at all and you can pick them up at many automotive shops.

First you need to remove your head to insure you do not get metal shavings in cylinder. Then you need to find out what size hole and thread pitch it is. Then you need a thread chaser (buy at local auto parts store). Run the chaser through and reassemble. Done

The best way is to remove the head (so you don't get metal in the cylinder). Then purchase a Thread repair kit in the proper thread size, follow the instructions.

Repairing stripped threads on a spark plug is not recommended, always replace necessary parts for a motorcycle; however if you MUST repair, using #1 or #2 loc-tite is an option.
