There is a product called TECNU that is effective. The sooner it is treated, the faster it goes away. A paste of bicarbonate of soda and water spread on affected areas relieves the itching. For really bad cases, you should see the doctor for medication.

wash area with mild soap pat dry and add topical cortison cream. take benedryl for the itching and to block the histamines

calamine lotion, or band aid calamine spray. You can also use bleach half water half bleach and rub it on the rash.
